Location Research

We originally planned to keep Carmen in the environment below, however we decided to break convention and keep her in a fairly normal and spacious looking bedroom to make it even more shocking to the viewer when it is revealed that she is held captive. 

We planned to film at Ryecroft farm because of the wide range of locations available and the fact that it looks old.In the right lighting, we think it can be quite unsettling. We needed somewhere that appears mysterious and suspicious, so we think that Ryecroft farm will be ideal, especially with the (hopefully) grey and gloomy winter weather to help set the tone. 

Storyboard (Stalker Section)

Here is the storyboarding that we did. I did the first two and Ella did the second two, although we sat together to make sure our ideas were consistent. We split up the opening sequence into halves, with Phoebe and Leah working on the victim's part because of who works best together. I made sure to be very detailed in my note taking four the four pages to ensure we know exactly what to do on the day and help it to go  as smoothly as possible.

Font Practice

We experimented with some of the fonts in Final Cut Pro to see which would be the most fitting for our chosen genre and narrative. After some discussion, we have decided upon the font at 0:22.
